Kensal Haus was founded out of the love for design, practicality and wellbeing. Our space is built by hand and run with purpose. Locally owned and rooted in Kensal Rise. Making wellbeing more accessible for our community, discover the magic for yourself.

Everything you need to know before your visit
Where is Kensal Haus?
We're based at Elmwood Tennis Club, Kensal Rise, NW10 5AJ. It's a 12-minute walk from Kensal Green station (Bakerloo line) or a 13-minute walk from Kensal Rise station. Elmwood is a gated private members' club, so our host will let you in. Please arrive a little early so you don't miss any of your session.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow us to check you in
What do I need to bring?
Please bring suitable swimsuit, a towel and if preferred flip flops, however barefoot is allowed. We do have towels on site for sale if you forget yours!
Is there an age requirement?
Under-16s are welcome when accompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian must sign the liability waiver for anyone under 18.
Is there a place to store valuables?
Valuables left in the changing room during your session are watched over by our on-site team, and only guests have access. Please note that Kensal Haus can't take responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Are there changing rooms?
Yes, changing facilities are available. We recommend arriving with your swimwear on underneath so you can make the most of your session.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes we do, but we strongly advise booking in advance.
What happens if I didn’t receive my confirmation email?
Please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
What is Elmwood Tennis Club?
Elmwood Tennis Club is the private members' club that hosts Kensal Haus. Its members have access to the club's facilities on site, including the tennis courts and clubhouse.
